Your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order contents when you buy; your email address if you sign up for the newsletter; the message you send through the contact form. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

To process and deliver your order, answer questions, handle returns and warranty claims, and — only if you agree — send occasional emails about new arrivals and offers.

Performance of the purchase contract for order data, your consent for marketing emails, and our legitimate interest in keeping the shop secure and working.

The courier delivering your parcel, our payment provider and our accounting service — each only what they need. We never sell your data and never pass it to advertisers.

We use cookies that keep your cart and session, and anonymous statistics to see which pages get used. You can decline the non-essential ones without losing any shop functionality.

Order and invoice data for as long as Latvian accounting law requires; newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe; contact-form messages for up to two years.

At any time you can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or withdraw marketing consent by writing to info@yerba-mate.lv. Every newsletter email also carries an unsubscribe link.
