Fill the gourd ⅔ with yerba, tilt, add cool water to the low side, then top up with 70–80 °C water — never boiling. Refill the same leaves 8–10 times. Store airtight, away from light. Store airtight, away from light and moisture — best enjoyed within 12 months of opening.
